Chad Cantrall: Customer Service Specialist
Originally, Chad came to Welsch Hearing Aid Company for hearing help. Being impressed with the quality of the service Welsch Hearing has provided him over the years, he feels it is a good team to be a part of. He has 10+ years of sales and customer service experience. Currently Chad is working on a part time basis. He assists with our Service Centers and on our busy Hearing Aid Cleaning Days.
As a happy hearing aid user, Chad claims: “I have been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years now, my hearing loss was discovered when I was 27. I was amazed at what I had been missing. With hearing aids my world of sound and life expanded. Family gatherings, parties and restaurants were usually areas that I avoided, and didn’t participate in because it was so hard to hear, now that I wear hearing aids, I look forward to them.”
Chad is someone who can truly relate to your hearing frustrations. He is excited to be able to help you hear as he too has been helped to hear. He knows how great hearing aids can be and he understands their limitations through personal experience–not just through taking our manufacturer’s word for it. He is looking forward to serving you.
His duties include: cleaning hearing aids, demonstrating hearing aids, their accessories, and the iPhone and Smart Phone hearing aid APPS, ancillary product sales, amplified telephone demonstrations and sales, general customer service and more.
